WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ON MADE TO ORDER PIECES?
Made to Order pieces are handmade in our Southampton Studio when your order is received. Given our strong attention to craftsmanship & quality, these pieces take approximately 1–4 weeks to ship. A notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched. In the case you require a faster turnaround time, please contact us via email prior to placing your order to ensure we can meet your time requirements.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
CAN I PAY IN MY OWN CURRENCY?
We provide the ability to view our online store in your preferred currency, for ease of conversion, however, all transactions settle in GBP in our account.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received & items prepared for dispatch, at which point a notification to your email account regarding the shipment information will be sent.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on your order, you should receive your purchase 1-4 weeks after your order date. You will be notified via email when your purchase has been shipped along with your tracking number.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT AND DUTY CHARGES?
Import & duty charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. For further information about expected duty and taxes when importing to your country, please visit your relevant customs website.

All product information is listed in the item description, so please choose your piece carefully as we don't refund or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

IS MY PACKAGE LOST?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order.

THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
Information will be stated on the website if they are coming back when sold out.
CAN I CHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR STYLE?
Unfortunately, as orders are most-likely made-to-order, we can't support certain exchanges at this time. We advise that you use the size charts provided and take measurements accordingly. We will however be happy to exchange or refund a product if the fault is of our own.
